1. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements between Almasad B.V., hereinafter referred to as "Almasad," and the consumer or business customer, hereinafter referred to as "the Customer."

2. Offers and Agreements

2.1 All offers made by Almasad are non-binding and valid for the period specified in the quotation.

2.2 The agreement is concluded when the Customer places an order on Almasad's website or accepts a written quotation.

3. Prices and Payment

3.1 The prices listed are in euros, inclusive of VAT and exclusive of shipping costs unless stated otherwise.

3.2 Payment must be made within the term specified on the invoice. In case of non-payment, Almasad reserves the right to suspend further delivery.

4. Delivery

4.1 The delivery of ordered products takes place at the delivery address provided by the Customer.

4.2 Delivery times are indicative. Exceeding a delivery period does not entitle the Customer to compensation.

5. Returns and Warranty

5.1 The Customer has the right to dissolve the purchase agreement and return the product within 14 days of receiving the order. The cost of returning the product is borne by the Customer.

5.2 Almasad guarantees the quality of the delivered products. Complaints must be submitted in writing within a reasonable time after discovery.

5.3 The warranty is void if the Customer removes the label from the clothing. Removing the label is considered an irrevocable acceptance of the clothing in its current condition, releasing Almasad from further liability.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All intellectual property rights related to the clothing and accessories provided by Almasad remain the property of Almasad.

6.2 The Customer is not permitted to reproduce, publish, or use any material, including photos and designs, without the written permission of Almasad.

7. Governing Law and Disputes

Dutch law applies to these general terms and conditions. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Almasad is established.

8. Changes and Additions

8.1 Almasad reserves the right to unilaterally amend these general terms and conditions. Amended terms apply to new agreements.

8.2 Deviations from these general terms and conditions are only valid if agreed upon in writing.
