Order Processing

We strive to process and dispatch orders within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). During busy periods, such as new collection launches or sales, processing times may be slightly longer due to increased order volume. We appreciate your patience and assure you that our team works hard to ship all orders promptly.

Shipping Destinations

Al Masad offers international shipping to a wide range of countries across Europe, Asia, Africa, Oceania, and the Americas. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at Almasadclothing@gmail.com. We will do our best to assist you and explore shipping options to your location.

International Shipping and Customs

All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means that any applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and paid during checkout, so you will not incur additional charges upon delivery. A full breakdown of these costs will be shown before you complete your order.

As the importer of record, you are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations of your country. While we aim to provide accurate delivery estimates, customs clearance may cause delays. For specific concerns, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

Address Changes and Tracking

Once your order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed due to our fast processing system. You will receive a confirmation email with a Track & Trace code once your order has been handed over to the carrier. Please note that tracking information may take up to one business day to become active.

If your order appears to be delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or look for a delivery notice. If the tracking indicates delivery and the package is missing, contact us at Almasadclothing@gmail.com.

Non-Delivered Orders

If your order has not arrived as expected, use the Track & Trace code to check its status. If there are any issues or discrepancies, please reach out to us for support.

Free Returns for Incorrect Deliveries
