Thank You for Your Purchase!

We appreciate your order and hope you’re happy with it! However, if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item(s). Mail us for the returns: Almasadclothing@gmail.com

RETURN PERIOD

You have 30 days from the moment your package is delivered to return your items without needing to provide a reason. Please note that the return shipment must be sent back to us within this 14-day window.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, items must:
✔ Be Unworn (fitted is good), unwashed, and in original condition
✔ Have the tags still attached
✘ Shipping costs are non-refundable

REFUND OPTIONS

🔹 Refund to Al Masad Gift Card (+15% Bonus! 💳)
Get your refund faster and with extra value! Opt for a gift card refund and receive 15% extra credit. This is the quickest way to get your refund. Once your return is processed, your digital gift card will be sent via email within 2-3 business days and will be valid for 12 months.

🔹 Refund to Original Payment Method
If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, this will take approximately 7-10 business days after your return has been processed at our warehouse (which takes up to 10 working days). You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued. Please note that it may take up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

EXCHANGES

Want a different size or item? Exchanges depend on availability. If your requested item is out of stock, our customer service team will contact you to discuss alternatives. We cover the shipping costs for your replacement item.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Received a damaged or faulty item? Contact us immediately at Almasadclothing@gmail.com, and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

RETURN COSTS

Return shipping costs are at your own expense and depend on your courier and country. Additionally, we are not responsible for any customs fees (import duties/taxes) for exchanges. Please keep your proof of shipment until your return is processed, as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns without tracking information.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME

If you request an exchange, we’ll start processing it immediately to ensure a quick turnaround.

We strive to process all returns within 10 business days of receiving them at our warehouse. You can track your return with the provided tracking information. Once your refund is issued, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
